COVID-19

We'd like to issue a reminder to all cyclists the importance of following the governments latest advice on Covid-19, it's our collective responsibility to follow the guidelines so we can continue to exercise outdoors and look after our mental wellbeing during these challenging times.

☑️One bike ride a day, alone or with members of your household.
☑️Ride Sensibly - Don't chase Strava segments, take extra care on descents, reduce your average speed. Let's reduce the risk of accidents, our NHS is under immense strain as it is. Many of our members are NHS workers 🙌
☑️Safely keep 2 meters distance between yourself and pedestrians
☑️Ride indoors - We have a number of virtual club rides happening throughout the week.

Check out Mapdec Cycle Works - Kendal their coaches are offering FREE coaching and advise to keep you healthy over the coming months.

Please ride safe, keep healthy and let's look out for all members of our community. We'll come through the other side stronger than ever.
