Aimed at: Intermediates and advanced

Session Dates: from Tuesday 17th March until Tuesday 7th April< (4 sessions)
Session cost: FREE for members £25.00 for non-members

  • Worried you don’t have the skills or the experience to race?
  • Just want to continue to improve your bike handling and bunch riding skills?
  • Want to meet and build a network of other women having a go at racing for the first time?

On the run up to the start of the 2020 Salt Ayre Tuesday night crit series starting in April, Kendal Cycle Club will  be hosting weekly – two hour coached skills sessions with Kath Finn and Helen Jackson, the aim to give you the confidence to take part in the Tuesday night series throughout spring/summer. Sessions are free for Kendal Cycle Club members, there is a fee of £25 for non members to attend all 4 sessions. There is no obligation to enter a race, but we hope you do. The first Tuesday night circuit race is 14th April, and we will be there to support you on the night if you do decide to give it a go.

  • Open to all female riders, you don’t need to be a member of Kendal Cycle Club.
  • These sessions are suitable for Blue riders and above (see https://www.kendal.cc/saturday-club-ride/ for more details)
  • Drop handle road bikes only, no aero/tri bars
