Rides meet at Kendal Leisure Centre and leave at 9.30 am and return between approximately 12.00 pm and 1.00 pm, depending on pace and whether there’s a coffee stop. The ride is usually either the Grange or Silverdale Route, depending on weather conditions and the number of cyclists. For more information click here.
